Am I Over My Ex?

18 questions, about 3 min. Free, no sign-up.

This quiz looks at two things that often move separately after a breakup: how attached you still feel to your ex, and how much your own life has started moving again.

The questions cover everyday moments: a song in a shop, their social media, a casual "hey" after months of silence, your weekend plans, dating someone new. Your answers place you on two scales, Feelings (Still attached or Let go) and Life (On pause or Moving forward).

You'll get one of four results: Fully Moved On, Busy But Not Over Them, Over Them But Not Over It, or Not Over Them Yet. Each one covers what's going well, what's worth watching, whether you're ready to date and practical next steps. There are 18 questions.
